Every application received will be taken through an elaborate application process in which elements of professionalism, quality and creativity are evaluated. The OFW e.V. will select the top 300 outstanding applicants by their submitted application package.
Unlike former conventions, whereby participants were judged solely by their topic-related essays, we aim to focus on the overall capabilities of the student participants since the 13th World Business Dialogue.. The OFW Team has received excellent applications in the past, which have included astonishing "Who Am I" Papers, exceptional essays, and impressive CV's. These applicants not only exhibited quality but also demonstrated the effort that was put into their applications.
As the application package is the student participants' key to
entering the World Business Dialogue, the OfW e.V. would like to award
the most impressive application with a prize. As such, we have
established the Student Award, a competition among all student
participants, whereby the most outstanding application is selected.
When
a student applies to become a participant of the 14th World Business
Dialogue, the application will automatically be considered for the
award. Although there are no specific criteria for which the application
is considered, creativity, imagination, and ingenuity are highly
valued. Our outstanding selection committee will select the best
application from a preselection chosen by the OFW. The final student
that has his/her application chosen will receive the Student Award and a
special prize.
